iDetailAid 1.7.4

We are pleased to announce the release of iDetailAid 1.7.4 which will be available on Thursday 15th June 2017.

This release of the platform focuses on enhancing the approval journey for users through automation.

Enhanced PDF output

With the release of iDetailAid 1.7.4, the auto-generated PDF approval document has been improved with the addition of a "content sitemap" detailing the structure of wide and deep presentation flows.

This will give reviewers a visual representation of the content and, using slide indexing, a quick and easy way to locate individual messages in the document.

Edit and preview links are also provided to allow quick and easy access to preview content, including associated functionality.

Automatic upload of approval document to Veeva Vault PromoMats

Automation has always been at the heart of iDetailAid's unique capability to effortlessly package and upload Veeva-ready CLM content to Vault.

iDetailAid 1.7.4 now automatically uploads the auto-generated PDF approval document to Veeva Vault as a related document, so users have immediate access to the most up-to-date document for review and approval.

Preview slides and presentations in Vault

An additional enhancement to the review and approval process is introduced in the form of a more productised integration with Veeva Vault.

Menu items are now available in Vault to allow users to both preview and edit content directly in iDetailAid.

This is particularly useful when reviewing interactive content or videos that aren't represented well in a static PDF document.

Bug fixes

As usual, there have also been a number of minor issues resolved and bugs squashed.
