iDetailAid is pleased to announce the release of iDetailAid 1.9 which will be available on Wednesday 19th December 2018.
This major release focuses on additional Veeva integration points:
- Approved email
- Digital Asset Management
With the release of iDetailAid 1.9, content authors are now able to browse Approved Email Templates and Fragments from within the iDetailAid interface for use in CLM content.
Two additional content actions are now supported:
Attach Approved Email Fragment - allows a user to create a content area that, when tapped, adds an Approved Email Fragment to a collection or "shopping basket" of fragments that is persisted throughout a call. These fragments can be used to build a tailored Approved Email over the course of a call, reacting to the demands of the healthcare professional for follow-up information.
Launch Approved Email - when assigned to a content area, this action will provide the ability to launch the Approved Email interface in Veeva CLM with a specific Approved Email Template, attaching fragments from the "shopping basket" described above.
Digital Asset Management¶
Building on work completed for the 1.7 platform release, further enhancements have been made to the integration with Digital Asset Management and Brand Portal features of Veeva Vault.
iDetailAid now publishes the Material/MLR document and links the binder and all assets used in the Multichannel Presentation to it using the appropriate relationships. In addition, each approved asset used in Multichannel Slides is linked as a compomnent asset.
This feature is still in beta, but can be turned on for customers who wish to explore the benefits of deeper Vault integration.
Content area border radius¶
It is now possible to edit the border radius of each corner of a content area in pixels as well as percentages.
Slide editor enhancements¶
Additional enhancements have been made to the slide editor, providing a rollover and selected state to content areas. This provides more accurate editing and position of content areas in a slide.
As always, there have also been a number of minor issues resolved and bugs squashed.
