Administration

The administration of iDetailAid is comprised of 2 areas:

General administration

In the general administration area it is possible (based on your role within the system) adminster some or all of the following areas:

• Users: Invite, delete and manage users and their access permissions.
• Platform configuration: Manage the main configuration of iDetailAid including creating custom forms for capturing data entered by content authors, general platform settings and brand/country level Veeva settings.
• Vault mappings: Automatically map brands and countries to Veeva Vault instances.
• Vault configuration: Integration configuration for different Veeva Vault instances.

Brand studio

In the Brand Studio administration area, you can manage all aspects of your brands including:

• Brands: Add and remove brands in the system.
• Regions: Add and remove regions associated with brands.
• Styles: Write and manage CSS, images and fonts to define the styling of your content and elements available to content authors.
• Localisation: Copy content between countries for distribution to, and localisation by, markets.
